Historiana is an initiative of EUROCLIO, the European Association of History Educators in which an online, interactive, multimedia tool will be developed as an alternative to a European textbook.
Since January 2010, a team of editors and contributors from more than 15 countries are working together to develop the first materials focused on the theme “People on the Move” which will be online during the Seminar.
The material will be focused on common themes in European History and Heritage:
      People on the Move
      Rights and Responsibilities
      Life and Leisure
      Work and Technology
      Conflict and Cooperation
       Ideas and Ideologies
Colleagues from countries participating in the Lifelong Learning Programme can apply for a Comenius/Grundtvig Grant at their National Agency to participate in the course and receive training on the development and implementation of multiperspective and inclusive material on the common theme ‘People on the Move’.
