The European Commission celebrates Multilingualism at Expolangues.

1-4 February 2012: Paris, Porte de Versailles – a unique gathering of language diversity in Europe.

Where to go on Erasmus? Should I study only one foreign language or go multilingual? How and why study Danish, Latvian, Greek, etc.?
If you are interested in one of these questions, if you like travelling, if you are looking for a job in Europe, if you are eager to volunteer in another country, if you have professional contacts abroad or if you simply love languages, come to discover the stand l of the European Commission at 30th edition of Expolangues.
The European Commission proposes a wide choice of conferences, animations and lots of practical information on where and how to study and practice foreign languages in Europe.
A melting-pot of ideas
The European Commission has organised a series of conferences on the main issues related to languages and mobility and the importance for employment and social inclusion - on the agenda on Thursday, 2 February at 10.00.
On the same day at 13.00, you will have the possibility to discover innovative language learning projects. Join us at 17.00 if you would like to know how to best finance your language learning courses or teacher's training?
On Saturday, 4th February at 12.30, it's showtime: come and enjoy the imaginative short videos on languages by young European filmmakers.
During this prestigious event, the European Language Label will be awarded to the French laureates.
