Chacune des sections de l’AEDE, étant une association régie par sa loi nationale, est invitée à prendre connaissance des rapports et à répondre au questionnaire ci-joint.
L’objectif est de préparer une « recommandation » du Conseil de l'Europe.

Each section of the AEDE, being an association governed by its national law, is invited to take note of the reports and to answer the questionnaire attached.
The topic is to prepare a “recommendation” of the Council of Europe.

For the third consecutive year, the Expert Council on NGO Law of the Conference of INGOs has started preparing a report on Sanctions and Liabilities of NGOs with a view to monitoring the situation and making recommendations for improvement.
We need your input! Please fill in the enclosed questionnaire or transmit it to NGOs, networks, branches, associations and other types of civil society organisations in as many different countries as possible.
